Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) -- even though the county tried to shun it -- is a decided tool that we absolutely and unavoidably have to master in order to carry on our work. 

Starting off with PowerNotes will be challenging, in particular if one doesn't have very good computer skills and/or very good training in using PowerNotes or any other type of EMR.
